After several years of working with Loudoun County, we are pleased to announce a resolution to control storm water runoff from the Baha’i Center running into parcel B of our common ground, down the swale between the circle and Red Wing Ct. to the stream between parcel B and Coloma Court.

Before our perennial stream on parcel A/G was covered, good neighbor George Campbell kept it mowed for years. since then, there have been several homeowners who have mowed their adjacent common ground sections that haven’t been maintained by the hoa:

parcel A – Ken & Cindy Bryan @ 103 cgc
parcel F – Craig & Meg Brown @ 210 cgc
parcel G – Jung & Maria Kim @ 211 cgc
parcel H – Larry & Cecilia Ross @ 2 Coloma Ct

the board wishes to thank all these good neighbors for helping keep our neighborhood looking good! if we’v missed anyone, please let us know!

our contractor, green village landscaping, did mow the swale up from our perennial stream

but stopped downstream of the area behind the ray&donna forth house on redwing (aka 2 red wing;-)
