The Association comprises all property owners in the Cardinal Glen neighborhood; our volunteer board is elected at our annual meeting.
The HOA is responsible for maintaining the common grounds and entrance landscaping, as well as enforcing the HOA covenants and restrictions. As our streets are maintained by the state, and sidewalks by the county, the Association does not provide plowing. Loudoun County law requires homeowners to clear their sidewalks within 24 hours of a snowfall.
