our county supervisor Juli Briskman sends this update on the county’s Capital Improvement Projects:
The Route 7 Shared Use Path…is…to be constructed on the north side of Route 7 from Campus Drive to Lakeland Drive. Staff reported that they are investigating alternative alignments for the path in front of Signal Hill Plaza and are conducting additional analyses regarding stormwater runoff into the Cardinal Glen Neighborhood. This has extended the design phase completion from summer 2023 to winter 2024.
we hope they can remedy the washed-out culvert under the berm on common ground parcel K…this area becomes quite swampy, making it difficult to mow:-( or perhaps we should consider making this parcel a community garden…it’s well-watered;-)
