HOA President Resigns
Bob Bassett has tendered his resignation, effective immediately. Having led the Board for the past 5 years and sheparded us through the arduous merger, he also served on the board of sections 3&4 for 15 years before that.
The remaining members of the board wish to thank him for his long service to our community.

hi, neighbor, as stated in article 5, paragraph 8 of the covenants:
8. Livestock and Poultry. No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any lot, except that dogs, cats or other household pets may be kept provided they are not kept, bred or maintained for any commercial purpose.
there are also county restrictions that apply as well.
but if the pandemic leads to the total breakdown of our food supply, no one will object to raising chickens for subsistence;-}
Dues Late Payment Fee Postponed
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the board has decided not to impose the late payment fee until the stay-at-home order is lifted.
Those Homeowners who have already included the 8% fee will be credited & the amount applied to next year’s dues.
