Dog walkers _almost_ got it right:-}
It’s a sign of progress that our neighbors walking their dogs are bagging their dogs’ poop…something required by Loudoun County ordinance.
Unfortunately, they have only bagged it, leaving little black surprise packages littered on the streets & sidewalks:-P
We hope they will do their dooty;-) & dispose of their dogs’ waste properly.

Good neighbor Larry DeWaard saw this hawk on the circle in front of his house…looks like its left is broken:-(
Loudoun County Animal Control was called, but by the time they responded, the hawk hopped a few times & took off…hope he’s ok…
