Dues Meeting Results
The special meeting was held 30 March at the Bahai Center, as well as online via Zoom, with 14 owners attending in person, with 9 online. There were 55 ballots cast either online or on paper.
The resolution to raise the yearly dues to $195 passed, 55 for vs 10 against. Dues assessments will be mailed as soon as we get them printed & stuffed;-)

we’ve received the replacement letters for the west entrance wall…all they need is a coat of paint & the wall rebuilt;-) We have received the insurance company’s reimbursement, and have selected the contractor. We hope to complete it in April, 2 months sooner than the last time.
