Just now, Chair Phyllis Randall led a press conference to update the County on steps being taken to ensure the safety of residents as we deal with this situation. If you missed the press conference you can find it on the county’s website at loudoun.gov/webcast and on the Loudoun County Government’s page on Facebook.

Many of you may have heard that the County Health Department announced that a third resident of Loudoun County has tested “presumptive positive” for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). This individual is a male in his 30s who lives in Loudoun County. The Health Department is currently investigating the potential source of this person’s infection. The individual is being treated at a hospital in Loudoun County.

taking over from gordon homes was jolamar, which built sections 3 & 4, cardinal glen section & common ground map lots 120-185, as well as lots 10-17 on wren ct & lots 18-20 on the circle, and lots 22-33 on red wing.

jolamar’s house plans are named for presidents: the washington (one of the larger house models, a 5-window colonial), the jefferson, the madison and the adams.

the builder maximised interior space using 2×3″ studs instead of 2x4s for partition walls…not sure if exterior walls were also 2x3s. there is a split-entry model and a cape cod/bungalow style as well as the 2 colonials.
