the HOA was saddened to learn that Jim Studzinski died July 8th. He had lived at 
101 Cardinal Glen Cir. for over forty years. His daughter Kandace had to return Australia, but her childhood friend who grew up across the street helped her with the house in more ways than one: she is also a realtor…small blessings;-}
We all hope she can find a buyer who appreciates ( & will preserve;-) Jim’s beautiful irises…
