fortunately, our contract with Meadows includes a replacement within the first year:-)

Before our perennial stream on parcel A/G was covered, good neighbor George Campbell kept it mowed for years. since then, there have been several homeowners who have mowed their adjacent common ground sections that haven’t been maintained by the hoa:
- parcel A – Ken & Cindy Bryan @ 103 cgc
- parcel F – Craig & Meg Brown @ 210 cgc
- parcel G – Jung & Maria Kim @ 211 cgc
- parcel H – Larry & Cecilia Ross @ 2 Coloma Ct

our contractor, green village landscaping, did mow the swale up from our perennial stream
but stopped downstream of the area behind the ray&donna forth house on redwing (aka 2 red wing;-)
