Our annual meeting is scheduled for 24 January, online via Zoom, when we will hold elections for Board members whose terms expire, and update members on our activities.
As we did last year, we will be holding it online on Zoom. Please vote in our polls before the meeting:
- Suggest & vote on discussion topics.
- Nominate & vote for board members.
- Vote on Annual Dues Resolution.
- If you cannot attend, please give us your proxy, as we need a quorum to hold the election.
These polls will be open until the annual meeting.
Our annual meeting was a success, with Mary Kipps, Lori Jule, Krista Donlan, John Gonzalez and Elias Khalil re-elected, and recently arrived neighbors Ash Deval and Eric Single joining the board.
There was robust discussion of various topics of concern…minutes will be posted when approved at the next board meeting in February, when the board will also elect officers for the coming year.
We had an outstanding turnout, with 31 online & 66 proxies, but not enough to make quorum for the vote on raising dues, so we have tentatively set March 1st for another meeting to hold another vote…help us save money on mailing costs by signing up for Electronic communications.
