the path paralleling rt7 from the eastern edge of cardinal glen to southern oaks terr in westerley is an essential corridor for access to the east. however, as seen looking east from cardinal glen, it’s obvious that people are cutting thru the gap between the westerley fence and 46720 HOLLOW MOUNTAIN PL, a tresspass on the Saggu family, as shown by the dotted red line on the map above.



the solution to this problem is closing off the gap, as shown here,



and removing the section of fence outlined in red and making a ramp from the existing path down to the street, as shown by the blue line on the map above and below.

not only does this eliminate the trespass, it opens the path to wheeled access (if a curb cut is added). so how do we make this happen? nobody home at westerley’s website and the phone # rings until disconnected…
