As can be seen in this image from Parcel K, there is a pipe under the gasline berm along Rt7 that has collapsed, which is causing erosion & standing water:-\
Further downslope, our mowing contractor can’t help but leave ruts that also result in mosquito-breeding ponds…the solution is rain gardens to properly manage stormwater runoff.
The same situations exist in Parcel J
and Parcel B.
and this is 3 years of eutrophication:

The solution is rain gardens: the up-front costs will be repaid in lower mowing expenses & fewer mosquitoes!-)
