Our good neighbors at the Bahai Center invite all of Cardinal Glen to their upcoming event:
Dear friends:
Please join us for the 2nd annual Race Amity Day event at the NOVA Bahá’í Center Sunday afternoon, June 11th. For those who were unable to attend our inaugural event last June, here is an article in the Loudoun County newspaper covering some of the highlights.
“Race Amity” promotes friendship & collaboration between people of different races and cultures to break down segregation, biases, and misperceptions of each other.
In addition to diverse musical/artistic performances, presentations are planned by Loudoun County’s
- Chief Equity Officer — Carl Rush
- Director of Equity for Public Schools — Lottie Spurlock
- NAACP “The Power of Allyship” Program Developer — Jan Wilson
