We are limited by covenant to a 5% yearly increase without requiring a vote by our members, but at that level we continue to operate at a deficit, covered by what remains of our savings (acquired from the proceeds of the gas pipeline easement many years ago).

This is obviously unsustainable.

To meet our expenses and rebuild our reserves, the Board has proposed raising our dues from $150 to $195 per year.  Since we failed to achieve a quorum on this topic at our Annual Meeting in January, we are calling this Special Meeting to resolve this important matter.  Cardinal Glen HOA dues will remain well below those of neighboring communities.

Note that this will require another costly mailing, as only 49 owners have opted for Electronic Communications. Please opt in.

This meeting will be both in person at the Bahai Center (light refreshments will be available), as well as online (info below). If you cannot attend, please send in the ballot you have received in the mail, give it to one of the board members, or electronically sign the annual dues resolution.
