With the signing of the Plan and Resolution of Merger, the 2 boards have set dates to hold the meeting to vote on the merger…but 1st we have to mail a fat packet to all owners & try to get enough proxies to get the required 75% approval…that’s 75% of the total membership, not of a lesser quorum;-\
