There are two homeowners' associations in Cardinal Glen:
lots 1-119 are in sections 1 & 2;
lots 120-185 are in sections 3 & 4.

We are working on merging them. The associations are responsible for maintaining the common grounds and entrance landscaping, as well as enforcing the HOA covenants and restrictions.
