Association Merger
Much progress has been made on the proposed merger of the two HOAs. The Bylaws have been merged & reconciled, as have the Covenants and Restrictions. We hope to bring it to a vote early next year.
Common Ground Stormwater Improvement Project

Thanks to the efforts of Boardmember Mary Kipps, Meadows Farms redid the landscaping in front of our entrance walls on Wednesday, 21oct09.
Stream Restoration Project
Work got underway on April Fool's Day, and the first phase was completed 15May. The 2nd phase started 9July08, and was completed in August. Final inspection & report will be done soon.
