Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we will be meeting online.

The annual meeting is your opportunity to learn about the responsibilities of the Board of Directors and to hear about activities in our community. We need more homeowners to take an interest in the Board’s activities and get involved.

Agenda:

• 2020 Financial Statement
• Proposed 2021 Budget
• Nominations for and election of Directors
• Suggest & vote on discussion topics

We need homeowners to attend or grant proxy to achieve a quorum.

Notice & proxy will be mailed 3 weeks prior…if you cannot attend, please send in your proxy or give it to one of the board members.

Please test our meeting website to make sure your computer is properly set up.

You must be a member in good standing (dues paid) and logged into participate. If you have not yet registeredplease do so before Sunday. If you have previously registered but cannot log in, your account has been suspended until you are in good standing.
