…to provide an update on Jennings Farm Drive/Maple Leaf Place. As mentioned previously, unfortunately bureaucratic and legal red tape slowed down the project. However, the project has now moved to the procurement phase so he is hopeful it will be completed in the coming months. Moreover, to avoid such occurrences in the future he will be working to pass legislation to amend the portion of the Virginia Code that created this problem when the Virginia General Assembly returns next year. There is no reason such projects should take this long.
